Uploaded photos

You may upload photos of your windows, glass, or access area to help us prepare an accurate quote. These photos are stored securely and used only for quoting purposes. We recommend only uploading photos you are comfortable sharing with The Glass Film Company.

Email and contact use

Your email address and phone number are used to send you a quote confirmation, to follow up about your enquiry, and to arrange a site visit or installation if you proceed. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell or share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Why we collect it

We collect your information for one purpose: to review your measurements, photos, and access details and provide you with an accurate quote for glass film or graphics work. Without this information, we cannot prepare a meaningful quote.

How your data is stored

Supabase

Quote requests and uploaded photos are stored in Supabase, a cloud database and storage platform. The database is configured with row-level security so that submitted quotes cannot be read back by other website visitors. Uploaded photos are stored in a private storage bucket — they are not publicly accessible.

Admin access

Only authorised The Glass Film Company administrators can view submitted quote requests and uploaded photos. Admin access is password-protected and restricted to the team members who review and respond to quotes.

AI and automated processing

Your personal data and uploaded photos are not sent to any AI tools, large language models, or third-party machine learning services. Quote review is done by the The Glass Film Company team directly.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.
